Don't be A NO SHOW
Respect your time and others... NO-SHOW Policy: Anyone who fails to attend a scheduled massage appointment and does not provide notice before the appointment is considered a "NO-SHOW." The current "no-show" charge is the total amount of missed appointment.

* You are considered a NO SHOW if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. * We may conclude when you are late to either reschedule or reduce the therapy time to accommodate other people on the daily schedule.
Two "No-Shows" will result in you having to pre-pay for any future appointments, and you agree to no future refunds, exchanges, or discounts.
