Who will be my massage therapist?
Hi, My name is Keith, your licensed massage therapist. I started helping people through massage therapy in 2014. I own and operate my private practice - Russellville Massage Clinic on East Parkway Drive. The State of Arkansas also licenses me to teach massage continuing education hours. I hold certifications in Sports massage, Myofascial, Deep Tissue, Flex-Stretch, Pin and Stretch, and Stephenson Method, with seemingly countless hours in other mods of therapeutic work. Through my academia and private practice, I have developed unique approaches to a variety of problems and unwanted conditions of the body. I am here to help, and I hope you find the information on the website helpful and informative.

How much and what types of Massage Sessions are available?
My services and current prices are found by clicking the "Massage Services" button below.
- Available sessions from 30 minutes to 90 minutes.
- Individual sessions only. NO Couple massages.
- All bodywork sessions are therapeutic. Keith DOES NOT offer any SPA services.
- Keith's signature bodywork methods Sports Massage - Therapeutic Touch - Pin and Stretch - Myofascial therapy - Stretch Therapy - Swedish.
Do I need an appoinment?
Yes, all my clients are seen by appointment only. The fastest way to book an appointment is online by clicking here to be redirected or you can text me at 479-223-3320. Please note that I may not be able to respond quickly. (I will be with a client). I generally answer all texts when time is available or at the end of the day.
Should I ask questions or just listen?
This is a great time to calm your jitters and establish a rapport with your therapist.
Listen intently at the information your therapist is given you. A lot of value information is passed on before and after the massage session.
Ask questions! This is your massage. Fire away and don't be shy. Your therapist is here to help!
What should I expect? The first massage therapy session visit
Some of my clients are new to the world of therapeutic massage. Nervous? It is really okay! I will try my best to answer all your relevant questions and I always pay special attention to any of your concerns.
Keith will ask a series of general health questions about your discomfort or problem or the reason for your visit. This helps Keith establish what he can do to help. He may perform certain assessments and testing to evaluate your condition.
Feel free at any time to ask questions about your massage session or massage therapist.
What should I wear during the massage session? Going Commando or no?
First, You are Always in Charge of the massage session including how much clothing you wear to the pressure of the techniques applied in the session. The first goal for each session is for you to be comfortable and remain comfortable during the session.
Second, your body will be draped with a sheet or towel at all times. Keith will only expose / uncover the body part he is working on. When Keith is done, he will recover that part of the body.
Finally, clothing and undergarments can restrict some of the techniques you may need or desire during the session. If in doubt, talk with me about any of your concerns.
What do I do during the massage session?
RELAX & BREATHE! Some clients relax by talking about themselves or their day. While others desire silence and rather listen to the massage music. It's your massage session so take advantage of the time to calm your nerves, relax from the hardship of the day.
A Massage therapist is ethical bound to keep your confidence unless you release him to do so. He will not discuss with anyone else your private information, sessions, or discussions. What is said in the massage room by you remains in the massage room.
Keith may ask you to perform certain movements during the massage and ask how you are feeling. These questions or tasks are only to help bring your body to a state of relaxation. He will only talk with you if you talk first. Please keep it professional.
What if I get uncomfortable during the massage?
Keith's job is to help you integrate massage into your lifestyle and help heal you from physical and emotional issues. Remember it's your massage and you're in Charge. Let Keith know if the pressure or techniques are causing a problem. Any special needs should be thoroughly discussed before the session begins.
How will I feel after the massage session?
You should feel more relaxed and hopefully less pain and discomfort. Some massage techniques can cause soreness and slight pain to the touch. Often times after a therapeutic massage the problem diminishes to the point you can get back to enjoying life.
What type of payment do you accept?
I accept payment in the form of cash, debit / credit cards Google Pay, Apple Pay, and many other forms of contactless payments.
Payment is required at time of service.
Do you accept insurance for massage therapy sessions?
Presently, insurance is not accepted. If your insurance will reimburse you please ask for a receipt after payment.
Can I walk in or do I need an appointment?
